COVID-19 arrangements

Updated 21st January 2022

Our warehouse is open for food hub and starter pack collections by appointment.

You must wear a mask when collecting, and maintain social distancing of two metres. Please also contact us before visiting to book an approximate time so that we can manage footfall.

Our offices are closed to all visitors.

Acts435 referrals are now processed electronically, so you will not need to visit the offices (unless we have a specific alternative arrangement in place, in which case please follow the guidelines for starter packs above).

Our café remains closed for the foreseeable future.

Guidance from the Government, Public Health England and Housing Justice (who look after the interests of night shelters such as ours) mean that Winter Shelter has not been able to open this year. We are working closely with the Council’s Homeless Outreach Partnership and other homeless charities across Bradford to ensure that homeless people continue to be supported this winter.

We are running cooking workshops at our Jude’s Urban Kitchen venue, with appropriate social distancing restrictions. Full details will be sent when booking, but please observe all social distancing restrictions and contact us immediately if you are showing symptoms or awaiting test results.

Please call the office with any queries on 01274 955010 (leave a message with your name and phone number if no answer and we’ll get back to you).
