Shaw House – everything must go

Tuesday 10th March
10am-2pm
Shaw House, 22 Rawson Road, BD1 3SQ

Anybody who has moved house will know that you end up with lots of stuff that you no longer need, items that won’t fit in your new home, and things you just don’t have the room for any more. As a charity it’s the same, with the addition of a collection of things we’ve been donated along the way that we’ve just not been able to use.

Having moved our services out of Shaw House to the Wellnest and Cookery School at Darley Street Market, our warehouse and offices at The Storehouse, and our new Leeds Cookery School in Kirkgate Market, we’ve got an assortment of items that we need to find good homes for. These include:

  • Kitchen utensils and other items
  • Furniture
  • Fabric – lots of fabric
  • Arts and crafts supplies
  • Baskets
  • Plant pots
  • and much more…

We’re therefore holding an ‘everything must go’ sale on Tuesday 10th March, 10am-2pm, where we’ll happily accept cash or card donations for anything you’d like to take.

There’s short-stay pay-and-display parking on Simes Street and Rawson Road, or the Council-run Simes Street and Rawson Road car parks at the bottom of each of those roads. For anybody taking larger items there’s a loading bay you’ll be able to use.
