Bradford Curry Awards

We were delighted to be selected as the charity of the year for the 2019 Bradford Curry Awards.

As an awards night for the catering industry, organisers were keen to highlight the issues of food waste and food poverty and to use the event to support our work intercepting and distributing surplus food from all corners of the food industry to support feeding projects across the Bradford District.

With the help of volunteers from Hermes Leeds, we were able to run a raffle to raise funds for our work, as well as raising our profile in the food industry in the local area and increasing awareness of the need for food across Bradford.
